Refund policy

At our store, we are committed to providing a safe and reliable shopping experience. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have set a clear return and exchange policy that protects our customers’ rights while maintaining the quality of our services.

1. Wrong Item Received

If the customer receives a product different from the one ordered, they are entitled to:

  • Return the item and receive a full refund, or

  • Exchange it for the correct item.

All costs in this case are completely free, provided the product is in its original condition and unused.

2. Damaged or Poor-Condition Item

  • The customer has the right to exchange the item for a new one free of charge.

  • If the customer prefers a refund instead of an exchange, a fee will be deducted from the product value to cover return costs:

    • 13% for domestic returns

    • 31% for international returns

  • Alternatively, the customer may cover the return shipping themselves and receive a full refund.

3. Exchange Due to Defect or Breakage

If the product is defective or broken, the customer can request a free exchange for the same item.

4. Returning Customers

If a customer has purchased from our store more than once, and the first product received is priced under 100 SAR, they will receive an extra item of the same type for free as compensation.

5. Product Not Suitable (e.g., not functioning properly)

  • If the product is mobile-related and covered under warranty for 3 days from delivery, the customer is entitled to request:

    • An exchange

    • A replacement

    • Or a refund, under the conditions listed above.

6. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Customers may contact us for return or exchange requests within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • We work directly with the shipping company and can verify delivery dates accurately.

7. Return & Exchange Procedure

  • To initiate a return or exchange, customers can contact us via email or by phone, at contacts 

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.

  • Once the item is received, the request will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

  • We cover all original shipping costs; customers will not be charged for initial delivery.
